Thermoserv Ltd carry out a wide range of water testing services including Risk assessments, Disinfection, Chemical cleaning, Dead leg removal, Tank refurbishment, Microbiological analysis, consultancy and lots more.

We have recently introduced this new service and have found it increasingly popular, with our comprehensive knowlege of all types of heating and hot water systems it is very easy and cost affective for us to carry out water testing and rectification on all types of systems.

Industrial heating system cleaning

Having problems with poor circulation, cracked sections, dead legs or sludge? No matter what the size of system you have Thermoserv can carry out system cleans using the most advanced magnet technology along with very powerful pump systems and chemical dosing systems to ensure all the water is cleaned and all the sludge is removed.

These cleaning systems are made by Thermoserv Ltd and are unique to us. Each cleaning device is designed for your exact system requirements and, therefore, can either be hired or fully installed to constantly clean your system.

Landlord gas safety certificates

Thermoserv Ltd carry out gas safety checks all across south london and the surrounding boroughs. Landlords and tenants will be provided with a copy of the certificate and service report indicating the condition of the gas appliances and gas supply.

With regard to installation and use, landlords have a duty under the gas safety regulations 1998 to arrange regular maintenance (annually) by a GAS SAFE registered installer for all pipe work, appliances and flues on their property that are for tenants use.
