St Josephs Jnr boiler house replacement
Job brief: To remove two old shell and tube type blown gas boilers and install with two new high efficiency Hamwothy purewell condensing boilers. The boiler replacement also included a full new controls system, pumps and pipe work.
Wolsley jnr boiler replacement
Job brief: To isolate, Drain and remove 3 sectional boilers and replace them with 3 new high efficiency Rehema 210 boilers. The controls and flue systems were modified to suit the new boilers.
Brightlands project Job brief: To install a complete booster water package to feed 3 new shower rooms and 2 flats.A break tank, booster set, and unvented cylinder were installed in the existing boiler room which was modified to suite the new equipment. New pipework was run through the building to shower rooms and flats.
Old palace sentinery boiler replacementJob Brief: To remove the existing Strata and install 3 new Valiant condensing boilers and also remove a boiler room in the music block and install pipework underground between the buildings and feed both buildings from the one boiler room. Also just after the boiler room was completed the hws genorator failed so a new cylinder was installed and fed from the new boiler system. The existing controls were modified and set for optimum efficiency.
Underhill road project Job Brief: To install a new plant room under the stairs incorporating an unvented cylinder, boiler, pumps and controls systems. Pipe work was then installed to the existing system, tested and commissioned.
Winterbourne boiler replacment Job Brief: To install a new boiler room after serious flood damage. The boiler room was flooded badly, aproximately half way up the boiler room, causing major damage to all the plant in the boiler room. All the redundant pipe work and plant were removed and the boiler room completely re pipe, including two new Keston c55's, pumps, pipework and controls.
Chelsea Church
Job Brief: To remove 3 small boiler rooms and install one boiler room to feed the existing systems in the church, church hall, offices and hot water services. New pipe work was run from the new boiler room location to the existing systems and then the old plant was removed and two new Valliant 65kw condensing boilers were installed along with new energy efficient controls.
St judes project Job Brief: To install a new boiler and plant room to serve the church heating. We installed two Worcestor condensing boilers including a plate heat exchanger and full controls system.
