Sanctuary Housing Group (SHG)

During the early part of 2018 SHG approached us following a busy winter period to advise that they had ring-fenced funding to complete planned works to a number of commercial plant rooms and wanted our advice as to which ones should be considered. We issued condition reports and job history for repair works for the previous six months which highlighted the most problematic sites three of which were chosen to have planned works carried out within the first 6 months of 2018.

We introduced a dedicated installation supervisor to oversee all three installations under the management of our Operations Manager Peter Kilbey. The supervisor was Lee Stacey who has been with the business from an apprentice and remains the primary point of contact for all project works completed on site. Lee installs and supervises whilst on site and for these three projects he had support from four dedicated operatives to complete the mechanical, electrical and building works. 

Wimborne House

We decommissioned the existing plant room and renewed all boilers and associated equipment including the building management systems which was completed in house. The only element subcontracted was the construction of the new flue system.

Shaftesbury Lodge
